Ukuhle HR (PTY) LTD is a Black Female Owned Small Medium Enterprise.
The company is in association with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and the South African Women’s Business Forum.
Ukuhle means Peace and the company values itself on the basis of peaceful employment relations.
Employment must allow room for mutual respect, dignity, recognition and growth.
With the new norm, employment relations could turn hostile due to lack of communication and lack of understanding.
Ukuhle HR will bridge the gap between ensuring the employee and employer have a peaceful mutual understanding of all required aspects of the employment relationship.
